Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it is dispatched.

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery pincode.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pujankurtis.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
