Shipping Policy

At Pujan kurtis, we aim to deliver your ethnic wear safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999 — flat shipping charge of ₹79
• COD (Cash on Delivery) available across India (additional ₹50 COD handling fee may apply)

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier partner and location.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery pincode.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct at the time of placing the order.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pujankurtis.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
