We want you to love every purchase from Pujan kurtis. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags are intact and attached
• Item is in its original packaging
• You have the original invoice or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Accessories, innerwear, or customised products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pujankurtis.com or call +91 8980 953174
• Share your Order ID and reason for return along with photos of the product
• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
• Pack the item securely and hand it over to our pickup partner

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved returns: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)
• For COD orders, refund will be credited via bank transfer — please share your bank details

5. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If you need a different size, mention it when initiating your return request and we will do our best to accommodate.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra charge.

7. Shipping Cost for Returns

Return shipping is free in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items. For change-of-mind returns, a reverse shipping charge of ₹79 may be deducted from your refund.
